Stebnicki Enterprises was founded in 2001 by Michael and Richard Stebnicki. Our goal was to acquire a few single and multi-family rental properties to develop an additional income stream. That goal has turned into a very successful enterprise with several properties throughout the north-end of Winnipeg. In a few short years we have built strategic alliances and established ourselves as a world-class property management and investment company. Our interests have grown from residential real estate to include commercial real estate and small business acquisition.
